Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status in real time.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Securoxia partners with reputable international logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your region and the product’s warehouse location, we may use one of the following methods:

Securoxia provides free standard shipping on most smart lock orders unless otherwise specified on the product page. For certain remote destinations or heavy bulk purchases, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, any extra cost will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment at any time using the provided tracking number. For assistance with delayed or lost shipments, please reach out to our support team via email.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your purchase includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This allows us to optimize delivery times and prevent unnecessary delays. Each shipment will include its own tracking number and can be monitored independently.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Securoxia is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it upon request — however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
